How do I get my sciatic nerve to stop paining?
Hello, I have a wife who is 48 years old. She is suffering from sciatic nerve pain. She suffers a lot and the pain is unbearable. I am also having the same problem. It started recently. How do I get my sciatic nerve to stop paining? Please suggest.
@rajanya Sciatic nerves go from your lower back into your legs. When something presses on them, like a slipped disk or a bone spur, you get sciatica. You might have a burning sensation, numbness, weakness, or pain. Some people say it feels like pins and needles, while others say it's more like getting an electrical shock or being stabbed with a knife. However it feels to you, there are many ways to get relief. Keys to the management of acute sciatica include relief of pain and relaxing associated muscle spasms. Home remedies include heat and cold pack administration, over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol), naproxen (Aleve), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), and aspirin, and gradual exercises and stretching.
