Red rashes all over arms and face. Am I allergic to the sun all of a sudden?

Hi,
I have red rashes all over my arms and face. I am observing for quite some time that whenever I go out in sun with or without sunscreen I have rashes all over my arms and skin exposed to the sun. I never experienced this before. Can I be allergic to the sun all of a sudden? -

No, I haven't changed any products. As far as I am concerned I am not allergic to dairy or any other food.
