      Hello all,
I bought a multivitamin supplement and it says " best when taken with food"
I'm a bit confused with the term "with food"
Does this mean taking it just before eating food or just after eating food?
Or does it mean to take the supplement in the middle of eating food?
Please help me in clearing confusion

@sumit It simply means not to take it on an empty stomach. Usually, this means that it may upset your stomach.
The reason behind taking vitamins with food is an empty stomach cause of acidity, So doctors recommended it with the food.
