Worried! Low blood pressure on a diet.
Hello everyone. I'm a 31-year-old female. for the last 2 years, i have been overweight with a normal blood pressure of around 120/80. From the last month, I completely changed my diet, eating mostly fish, chicken, veggies and fruits. Sometimes I also drink beet juice. I have lost about 15 pounds in the last month. However, these past 2 weeks I m getting dizzy when I get up from a lying or sitting position. I've been checking my BP and it's been a lot lower than it used to be, around 113/74. It always used to be 120/80. Is it normal for this to happen with my diet change? The dizziness after getting up is worrying.
