Why do I have intense knee pain after a leg workout?

Hello, I am a 19 years old male. Why do I experience intense knee pain every time I perform leg exercises or leg workouts? I perform squats, Romanian deadlifts, lunges, lateral lunges, and Bulgarian split squats. Should I skip a leg workout? I never had knee pain before. Should I be worried?

@dushyant Hello, Many people squat regularly as part of their workout routine or during everyday tasks. Squatting correctly should not cause knee pain. Maybe you squat incorrectly. Reasons for your knee pain could be Spraining the knee, you may have rheumatoid arthritis or incorrect squatting. If your pain is unbearable then you should speak to a doctor before making changes to your fitness routine.
