What is better for the body? Are frozen fruits and vegetables in a bag better than canned? I love to eat baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. I was just curious about the fruits and veggies. Does anyone have an answer or opinion on this question? How much of the veggies and fruit can I eat?

Canned fruits are sometimes packed in syrup. Even when drained they are super sweet. That's not healthy so read the label. Frozen fruit or berries are good if nothing has been added. Fresh fruit, when you can get it, is the best.

Canned vegetables often contain added salt and "low salt" isn't much better. Frozen peas, for example, with no salt added, is the best. Avoid anything with added salt. Always read labels.

With veggies, I would say eat all you want of those that are non-starchy. The more the better, in my opinion. Fruit should have a limit somewhere. Don't make a meal of fruit. Have one or two servings before a meal.
