      Hello, I am 21 years old. I am healthy and don't have any health issue. Can we have curd in winter? Please comment.

        @manisha As per Ayurveda, curd should be avoided during winters as it increases the secretion from your glands, which further increases mucus secretion too. Dahi is Kapha-Kar in nature, thus it can make it difficult for people who already have respiratory issues like asthma, sinus or cold and cough. Thus, Ayurveda advises to avoid curd during the winter and especially during the night time.
