What is a good blood sugar level?

I have some anxiety about the diabetes condition. I did a blood sugar test though. It was a 101 blood sugar level. Is that mean that I may have a diabetes condition. I have some anxiety about getting diabetes. Can someone give me some advice on this? Thanks.

@srihit A blood sugar level less than 140 mg is normal. Actually, 140 would be diabetic. Below 100 is normal...101 would mean you just need to adjust your diet a bit...
