Hello, I am a 17 years old male. I have always been overweight. I joined the gym two months back. I joined the gym as I was having trouble performing daily tasks like climbing stairs. My gym trainer gave me a diet that needs to be followed. One of the fellow gym members suggested that I should include watermelon in my diet. Is watermelon good for weight loss?
