Hello, I am school teacher. I get stressed due to the huge pressure of my job. Does jatamansi help in reducing stress? Please elaborate. So that I can use it for reducing stress.

@amitesh Jatamansi is useful to manage the symptoms of anxiety. According to Ayurveda, Vata governs all the movement and actions of the body and nervous system respectively. Anxiety is mainly due to Vata imbalance. Jatamansi helps to reduce the symptoms of anxiety. Jatamansi is cool in nature and has an extremely bitter taste.
