Hello, I am a 14 years old male. Does garlic improve immunity? My mom puts in too much garlic and when I asked her not to do so she told me it is healthy and will improve my immunity. Is it true? Does eating garlic improve immunity?

@ujwal Yes, immune-boosting herbs and spices, garlic stimulates the immune system. It enhances the working of white blood cells. Perfectly easy to add to our diet - eating it regularly helps to improve better. Especially, when you are sick, take garlic in a moderate proportion as it works wonders. Utilized as an antiseptic, antifungal, and antibacterial agent, it prevents our body from viruses and other microorganisms. Garlic also purifies blood for healthy & zit-free skin, builds Immunity against germs and infection, fights off the stuffy nose and cold, Lower cholesterol levels, Regulates blood pressure, and helps in getting rid of fungal skin infection. It contains numerous nutrients that are proven to benefit our health such as arginine, oligosaccharides, flavonoids, and selenium. These potent nutrients work effectively in reducing the severity of cold, and flu symptoms.
