Best vitamin for hair and skin

Hi everyone, I was wondering what should I take for healthier hair and skin....I do not know what is happening but I used to have good hair and it seems to be thinner now and not growing as fast as it used to. I am only 27, So It isn't because I am getting old .I don't know if it is my diet or what. I appreciate any help!!

@dinisha You shouldn't take only one isolated vitamin or mineral to help with your problem. Vitamins and minerals work together synergistically so a high potency multivitamin/mineral formula would be the best. make sure you eat plenty of essential fatty acids like flax seeds, flax oil, nuts and grains and fish like salmon. Vitamin E (natural form) is recommended.
Green tea offers specific proven benefits for the skin and the hair. Drink it daily and you will see results soon. Other vitamins are good, like Vitamin A, but I personally like to get them from food. -
