Hello, I am a 28 years old male. Why do I have pain in the right side of my shoulder and sometimes in the back? It usually happens in the winter, in summers I do not experience this. Everything is normal during summers but when winters arrive I have pain. Why is it so?

@rosh Hello, Cold weather brings about changes in barometric pressure, which may cause soft tissue such as muscles and ligaments to expand. This is because lower air pressure puts less pressure on your body. As a result, a person may feel pain in their joints. Also, cool weather in our nervous system may trigger changes in the body, where muscles tighten up to constrict blood vessels in the arms, neck, and shoulder blades. This is thought to be a reaction to decrease heat loss from the limbs and body periphery, enabling body core temperature to be maintained to vital organs.
