I have been noticing my little five year old having teeth pain... At first I thought he has a new cavity.... And I let it go by saying it is because he has been eating to many sweets, But he has been complaining a lot lately... So, I asked where does it hurt and he says it hurt behind his back teeth... Could he be having new teeth coming in? I am confused. Should I make a dentist appointment to check it .The pain is not constant..

@haresh you can use one of the dental mirrors and look at where it is bothering him to see if there is another tooth coming in. If not then make an appointment with his dentist.
