Hi, I am 33 years old female. I try to keep a healthy lifestyle. I do exercises every day and go for a walk in the morning and evening. I eat vegetables and fruits, yogurt. I do not eat meat. This diet helps me lose weight. What I can do more for my healthy lifestyle?

Get your vitamins from the actual food itself, and don't use vitamins too much because a vitamin capsule has other things added to it, e.g. bulking agents)
Never drink so-called "fruit" juices, because they put too much sugar into it. If you want orange juice, squeeze it yourself. Prefer homemade juices.
I've stopped eating cereals because a lot of brands put too much sugar. Instead, I make porridge. -
