Why do I get tiny itchy bumps on my hands and feet during allergy season?

Hello, I am an 18 years old male. During allergy season, I get tiny itchy red bumps on my hands. I generally have them on my hands rather than my feet. The blisters often go away in 2 to 3 weeks. Can anyone tell me why I get tiny itchy bumps on my hands and feet during allergy season, and some precautions to avoid it?

@anikesh Hello, It could be something called dyshidrotic eczema. The small, itchy blisters are the most noticeable sign of dyshidrotic eczema. A person with dyshidrotic eczema, also called foot-and-hand eczema or pompholyx, will notice tiny, itchy, fluid-filled blisters on their hands, fingers, and often toes and feet. This condition is thought to be associated with stress, skin irritants, and seasonal allergies. These usually pop up in clusters. Your doctor can prescribe an ointment or cream and help get rid of the blisters. To treat them at home Wash your hands and feet every day. Use lukewarm water and mild, scent-free soap. Afterward, gently pat your skin dry, Wear gloves with cotton liners whenever your hands are in the water, like when you wash dishes, If allergies set off your eczema, try to stay away from things that trigger them, Don't scratch the blisters. You'll make them worse. If you’re uncertain about what can cause an allergic reaction or irritate your skin, see your dermatologist. Testing can help you know what to avoid. Thank you.
