Suffers from lung infection. Can lung disease cause back pain?

Hi,
I am suffering from a mild lung infection. I have a runny nose, fever, and body aches. My neck and back hurt a lot. It is painful. I can't even sit or sleep properly. I never had back pain. Is it because of a lung infection? Can lung diseases cause back and neck pain? Is there anyone who had the same problem or suffering? Need suggestions. -
