My eyes feel strained when I wear contact lenses and use a computer or laptop. I don't feel any strain when I wear glasses. Why?

Hello, I am a 19 years old female. I noticed whenever I wear my contacts and look at a computer screen, my eyes feel strained and I feel uncomfortable. When I put my glasses on my eyes, they feel fine. Is it normal to feel a strain on the eyes when using a laptop wearing lenses?

@amisha-jain Hello, it is normal. Many people feel strain in their eyes while using a laptop, especially when they use contact lenses. One of the biggest causes of eyestrain is the daily use of digital screens for several hours at a time. Switch to glasses while using the screen. If you feel discomfort even then please seek medical attention. Thank you.
