@monami-s Weak bones and joint pains can bother you throughout the year, but during winters we become more susceptible to body aches. With the dip in mercury, our joints become extremely inflexible and more painful, and people suffering from orthopedic problems struggle the most. This is due to the reason that the blood doesn’t circulate properly in the body parts, which causes pain and stiffness in the bones and joints. People also move less during winters, which makes the problem more prevalent. People suffering from joint pains require a well-balanced diet. Foods enrich with Vitamin D, C and K are good for joint pains. Add orange, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes in your diet as they are the super foods and relieve knee pains. For those who have extremely low levels of Vitamin D, can also take supplements after prescription from the doctor. Adding sulphur rich food in your diet is another plus point!
