Hello, I am a 44 years old male. I am suffering from vertigo. I was diagnosed with vertigo two weeks back. I was feeling dizzy whenever I used to get up from the bed. I felt something was wrong so, I called my family doctor Mr. David. He told me that I have vertigo. I have always been resistant to medicines. Can anyone suggest some natural ways to treat vertigo?

@charles Hello, Vertigo is a feeling of dizziness and spinning, occurring with or without any movement. It is caused when the brain feels the body is off-balance even though it is not. Medications are available to treat vertigo. Natural treatment includes exercising regularly, managing stress, yoga, taking an adequate amount of sleep, staying hydrated, taking a good amount of vitamin D, and avoiding alcohol. Vertigo is not a diagnosis, but it’s a symptom of an underlying condition if it keeps occurring. Treating vertigo at home might work as a short-term solution. But if you continue to experience frequent vertigo, it’s important to find out the cause.
