What should I do if I find out that I have COVID-19?

Hello, I am a 29 years old male. I have been suffering from headaches, fever, and cold for the last two days. I think I don’t have COVID-19 as I think it’s because of ice cream. In case I have Covid-19 can anyone tell me what should I do if I find out that I have COVID-19?

@anil Hello, the moment you find out that you have COVID-19 immediately isolate yourself. Isolate yourself from all the household members for at least 14 days since the last possible exposure to the virus. Make sure your room has perfect ventilation. Try to maintain a positive environment to avoid your mental health from taking a toll.
Regularly monitor yourself- Use an oximeter to frequently check your oxygen levels as well as a thermometer to check your temperature. It is good to maintain a record of all your results and any irregularities can help identify whether further assistance is required. Eat nutritious meals and stay hydrated.
Seek medical help- If you have difficulty in breathing, persistent pain, a fever of 101 degrees celsius or above, or are finding it difficult to wake up or stay awake, it is advised that you contact a professional caretaker.
Eat healthily, stay hydrated, take prescribed medication, and seek medical help in case of a drop in oxygen level or other severe symptoms.
