Hello, I am a 27 years old female. I am in the second trimester of my pregnancy. In other countries, people know the gender of their babies before he/she is born. I am very excited to know the gender of the baby. Can anyone tell me is it possible to predict the gender of the baby via ultrasound?

@shwetha Yes, doctors might predict the gender of the baby but it won’t be 100% accurate. an ultrasound creates an image of your baby, it can also reveal the sex of your baby. Some accurate ways to determine the sex of an unborn baby are DNA blood tests, amniocentesis, and chorionic villus sampling. Thank you.
