I am a 32/M, diabetic since I was 23 and has family history of diabetes. I watch my diet and do blood sugar tests twice a day. Lately I have been under a lot of stress, I have been smoking more than a pack a day, alcohol maybe 5 times a week. A week ago I started experiencing something very new to me. I get this hot blood rush at the bottom of my right foot for few seconds then it goes away (like hot blood rushing ). Is this bad blood circulation ?

@nayan It sounds to me as if the condition you are describing is Painful Diabetic Neuropathy. Diabetes will cause problems with circulation as we all are aware. Some patients say it feels like they have a "burning sensation" in their feet, then later moving up their legs, and sometimes even affecting the hands, arms, and abdomen. The best thing to do is to see an endocrinologist (who specializes in various diseases of the endocrine system) or an internal medicine doctor.
