      i am 31 years old. i used to smoke and drink in past, i am 75 kgs and 5foot 4inches tall. i have started workout couple of months before. then after few days i quit smoking and drinking. i am doing regular exercise in the morning for 50mins now. there is no sign of weight loss does anyone know what is the reason, beside that i am feeling dizziness, laziness and fatigue in the whole day but while working out i feel energetic what could be the reason.
      any one could help me

        @kulpreet Good to hear that you stopped smoking and drinking and that you are getting regular exercise. All of that is very good but what about your diet? That's important too. You need to eat healthy whole foods that are high in fiber.You need a diet high in leafy green vegetable fiber, fruit, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. In order to achieve a healthy weight and keep the weight off, you need a healthy diet.

        When you start getting 25 to 30 grams of fiber from natural whole foods, you will know you are on the right track.
