What vitamins improve dry skin?
-
Hello, I am 18 years old. My skin gets dry even after applying moisturizer. I tried dermatologist moisturizer but it didn’t help. It is said that diet has a great impact on the skin. Even vitamin deficiency also impacts the skin. Can anyone tell me What vitamins improve dry skin? What should I consume?

@zaki Hello, yes you are right. Dry skin can be caused by a number of factors, including dehydration, aging, seasonal changes, allergies, and micronutrient deficiencies. Depending on the cause of your dry skin, different treatment methods, including medicated ointments and moisturizers, may be used to increase skin hydration but as you said doctor’s moisturizer didn’t help you, so it might be some vitamin deficiency. For the skin following things might help you:
- Take vitamin D and Vitamin C
- Fish oil
- Collagen
- You can also Probiotics, Hyaluronic acid, Aloe vera, and Ceramides.
Supplementing with probiotics, hyaluronic acid, aloe vera extracts, and ceramides may improve dry skin. Dry skin can be a sign of an underlying health condition, so it’s important to contact your healthcare provider if you have unexplained, significantly dry skin.
