Hi, I'm not sure where to post but I have pimple-type red spots on my legs. It is very mild but still very noticeable. I have had these in my legs since I was maybe 17 and I'm 32 now. I've tried different soaps and my doctor is not worried but It still bothers me. I was wondering if anybody has some advice or solutions I could try?
