Why do I have small bumps on my hands? Is it Eczema?

I have had these tiny bumps for 2-3 weeks on my palms. no itching or huge pain but my palms do feel very sensitive from the excessive handwashing I have been doing due to my OCD. do they look like mild forms of eczema? some of them have black centers. do eczema bumps sometimes have a dark center? when soaked in water, the dark center disappears and comes back once a hand is dry. some just look like tiny blisters. pics of both are attached.!

It could be a mild case. I've never seen black centers on my eczema outbreaks but everybody's different. If it doesn't itch it might be something else. My outbreaks always itch. My advice is to keep your hands cool/cold and dry. Heat is the enemy. Wash your hands in cold water and dry them immediately after washing. Dry & cold, that's the ticket.

I've never seen warts that small. Maybe it is something to do with your OCD?
