How Can I get rid of a large ovarian complex cyst without surgery?

Hello, I am an 18 years old female. I have a cyst and my doctor said I’ll need surgery. Is it possible to get rid of an ovarian cyst without surgery? Can anyone suggest?

@kia Hello, it depends on the size of your cyst. If your cyst is complex then surgery may be needed. You may need the cyst removed if it’s growing too large, is painful, or is causing some other problem. Other than that Over-the-counter pain relievers may be all you need for a simple cyst. If you have a lot of pain or discomfort, your doctor may be able to prescribe something stronger, heat therapy can ease pain, tea like green tea and chamomile tea, certain lifestyle changes may help you, but if you have a complex cyst then surgery is the best option.
