Hello, is it possible to tell that one has vitamin D deficiency without a test? I feel very low and have back pain. I have Trypanophobia So I want to avoid tests. Is there any other way?

@natalya I would recommend you take a blood test just to be sure but as you said you have trypanophobia. As you have back pain it is one of the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. Here are a few more symptoms muscle weakness, pain, fatigue, and depression. The presence of these symptoms is an indication of vitamin D deficiency. Getting enough, but not too much, vitamin D is needed to keep your body functioning well. Vitamin D helps with strong bones and may help prevent some cancers. To get enough D, look to certain foods, supplements, and carefully planned sunlight.
