      Hello, I am 20 years old female. I trying to lose weight. I heard that we should eat light for dinner. I don’t know what should I include in the dinner that is light and will help me in weight loss.

        @omar Hello, the following food, could be beneficial for weight loss when incorporated into a healthful diet and lifestyle. Include following in your diet

        • Eggs
        • Oatmeal
        • Beans, chickpeas, lentils, and peas
        • Avocados
        • Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts also contain fiber that may be helpful for weight loss.
