      Hello, I am 14 years old female. I realized that I have very low stamina because when I climb stairs or run I easily get tired. I think I need to increase my stamina. Can anyone suggest to me what type of food should I eat to increase stamina?

        @long Hello, Stamina is the energy and strength you possess. You can make some changes in your daily life which will help you increase your stamina. One way is to eat the right food, which gives your body all the energy it needs. Rather than having one or two huge meals, break it down into small ones. Also, ensure that you consume nutritious snacks between meals. It will help you last through the day. here few foods that you can try to increase your stamina like Banana, Fatty Fish, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Eggs, Apples, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Avocados, Oranges, Strawberries, and Beans. Right meal and exercise will help you. Thank You.
