Hello, can anyone suggest some exercises to treat my migraine pain? I am 18 years old male. I have been dealing with migraine since I was 15 years old. I even vomit every time I get migraine pain. Can anyone suggest to me some exercises to treat it?

@maverick Hello, exercise for migraines and headaches can boost your mood and feeling of well-being, decrease your sensitivity to pain because exercise releases endorphins, promote a healthy sleep pattern, reduce the severity of migraine and headache symptoms as well as the frequency of attacks. Here are a few exercises

        • Biking, swimming, and walking are great ways to fit in aerobic exercise and help reduce the frequency and severity of migraines and headaches.
        • Meditation will also help you.
        • Yoga poses and other types of stretching can help reduce muscle tightness and tension in the head, neck, and shoulders.
          Thank You.
