Hello everyone this is my first post here. I'm 157cm(5'2) and 86kg(186lbs). My BMI is 34.89 which is very close to morbidly obese. And my LDL cholesterol is high(2.9). I used to be at normal weight all my life until 4 years ago which I started to gain weight rapidly. My question is can obese people be anemic? I just have general health screening a few days ago and my hemoglobin is slightly low. I just find it weird since I'm so fat and I like oily fatty junk foods like Mcdonald's.

@aakarsh You can have low iron from poor eating habits. People who are heavy due to poor food choices are not eating green leafy vegetables or liver, which are foods that are high in iron.
