Hello, four members of my family have type-2 diabetes. My grandmother, my brother, dad, and sister. I think it is hereditary. What should I do to avoid it? What can I do to avoid it? Is it possible to avoid hereditary diabetes?

You can make some lifestyle changes that will lower your risk of getting diabetes in the first place. Always look for pre-diabetic symptoms as in your case you may get it due to generational diabetes. You can take a few steps to avoid diabetes:-
