Hello, my 7 years old has cavities. I tried to cut off food that will cause cavities or even gum disease in the future. I know brushing twice a day will help but can anyone tell me will flossing help? Does flossing reduce gum disease and cavities?

@jayden-0 Hello, regular flossing reduces your risk of tooth decay and gum disease. Regular flossing plays a crucial role in your dental hygiene. Flossing between your teeth at least once a day can help get rid of hidden food particles and plaque buildup, and lower your risk of tooth decay. Try to floss your teeth at least once a day, preferably before you brush your teeth. Thanks
