Pain after meal. Diagnosed with Sarcoidosis.

I had a severe painful chest episode tonight after dinner. My chest felt heavy, I felt like I had to work to expand my lungs to get a good breath in. The heaviness lasted about 5-10 minutes. Then the sharp pains set in, I had to lie on my stomach and my back as the pain seemed to radiate through my chest and around to my shoulder blades and go down my right arm. The pain just went all around. It lasted about 15 minutes and then seemed to suddenly go away except for a bit of pain around my right shoulder blade. I still am getting a dull ache in my chest that seems to come and go.. but not heavy or sharp. Maybe I should go to Emergency? I am diagnosed with sarcoidosis.

@minipaliwal Hello, I know Sarcoid causes pain in the chest. Have you been checked for gallstones? This frequently causes pain to you do after a meal.
