Hi, Why do I feel nauseous after yoga? I recently joined a yoga class and I feel nauseous and want to throw up after my class? Is it normal? Is there anyone who also feels nauseous after yoga or exercise? What should I do?
@michelle Hello, A common cause for feeling sick after a workout is simply trying to push yourself too hard. Talk to a doctor, trainer, or expert in what you’re trying to do. They can help you figure out a way to push yourself to a new level without just throwing yourself into a workout you aren’t ready for. It’s not a good idea to push yourself without help for many reasons, nausea being just one. During your workout, be sure to drink 7 to 10 ounces of fluids every 10 to 20 minutes of exercise.
