      Hello, I am 4 months pregnant. I am 24 years old. I'm tired of feeling nauseated all the time. I don’t know how can I deal with it. It’s only been four months I don’t know how I will treat my morning sickness. Can anyone tell me how can I deal with morning sickness during pregnancy?

        @lindsay Hello, Congratulations!!
        Many women feel nausea and vomit during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester. Pregnancy nausea is probably caused by the sudden increase of hormones in your body. It's usually mild and goes away about midway through your pregnancy. Some women never feel nauseated during their pregnancy. You should talk to your doctor. Other home remedies you can try like eating saltine crackers, dry toast before you get out of bed to calm your stomach. Avoid spicy and fatty foods. When you feel nauseated, eat bland foods that are easy to digest, like rice, bananas, chicken broth, gelatin, or ice pops. Take in plenty of fluids. Get fresh air. Go outdoors and take a walk, or just open a window. Thank You.
