Hello, I am 22 years old female. Is there anything that I can do to regain my sense of smell? 3 weeks ago I tested negative for the COVID-19 since then I lost my smell. Can anyone tell me what should I do?

@jeff Hello, it is common to lose smell after COVID-19 here are a few that you can do:- You can start smelling readily available items in the house. You can begin with smelling coffee, perfumes, nutmeg, coconut, vanilla, mint, clove, eucalyptus, citrus, or even different essential oils. Once you identify these, you can move on to new scents. The recovery time varies from person to person. While some recover within days, some may take months. People suffering from a sense of smell after COVID may have the side effect of parosmia, where their sense of smell returns but things smell very bad to them.
