How much water should I drink in a day?
Hello, I am 13 years old female. I am quite overweight and I even have acne. I heard that water help in weight loss and helps in clearing up the skin. Can anyone suggest How much water should I drink in a day?
@charlie Hello, it is recommended that one should drink at least 2 liters of water which means 8 glasses per day. Water is important for most processes your body goes through in a day. When you drink water, you replenish your stores. Without enough water, your body and its organs can’t function properly. Drinking too little or too much water both have risks. Thank you.
