Hello, I am a 39 years old male. I have been diagnosed with prediabetes. Can anyone suggest to me what should I eat that contains low carbohydrates that I can eat? What are the lowest carbohydrates that a pre-diabetic can eat? Thank you for your suggestions.

@ollie Hello, Prediabetes is a chronic condition with higher blood sugar levels than normal. It is related to how your body processes carbohydrates. People with prediabetes are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes. A prediabetes diet can lower your blood sugar, reduce your risk for diabetes, or even reverse prediabetes. Carbohydrates are the main focus of a healthy prediabetes diet because they affect your blood sugar and your weight. Here are some healthy carbs that you can include in your diet like Whole Grains, Legumes, Fruit, dairy products, Berries that Are Lower in Sugar, and Whole Grains Thank You.
