Hello, I am 44 years old male. I am a type-2 diabetic patient. Should I do yoga and meditation to better my condition? What are the benefits of yoga and meditation? Is it good if a person is suffering from diabetes? Sometimes I even experience anxiety and shortness of breath. Will meditation and yoga help me in these symptoms as well?

@laksh-jain Hello, yes it helps a lot. Certain yoga poses help lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels while also improving circulation and diabetes management. yogic practices can significantly help to manage type 2 diabetes. Researchers concluded that yoga had a positive improvement in blood sugar levels, lipid levels, and body composition. Practicing yoga on a regular basis can help improve your overall well-being and may help manage your diabetes. It will even help you in managing anxiety, and stress. Thank You.
