Yoga poses for diabetic patients.
Hello, I am a type-2 diabetic patient. I am 48 years old. I also have high blood pressure my doctor asked me to make certain lifestyle changes. I am taking a nutritious diet and started exercising/yoga. Can anyone suggest yoga poses that will help me?
