      Hello, I am getting gum inflammation and I am on epileptic drugs, what should I do? I am 18 years old. My parents are worried for me, I don't want to give them more tension. Please provide me some solutions.

        @ipshita Gum hypertrophy is one of the common side effects of antiepileptic phenytoin. The presentation includes bleeding gums receding gums and inflammation with hypertrophy. Poor oral dental hygiene also aggravate the gingivitis it is advised that a medication review may be appropriate with your clinician.
