Hi today morning i noticed a red patch in my right eye it seem like a blood clot....

@iqra Hi red patch in the eye is also known as subconjunctival hemorrhage. It has many causes. Some are diabetes, sneezing, coughing, injury in the eyes, high blood pressure. I would suggest you to have a medical intervention.
