Hello, please suggest to me ways through which you overcame your postnatal depression. I am 26 years old female. I gave birth 3 months back and I am always confused. I barely get excited. I am trying but don’t know what to do. Please me how did you deal with postnatal depression?

@lia Hello, you are not, I have been there too but what helped me might not help you, but you should give it a try. I started exercising after 6 months of giving birth, I maintained my diet. Healthy eating alone won’t cure PPD. Still, getting into the habit of eating nutritious foods can help you feel better and give your body the nutrients you need. Try planning the week’s meals on the weekend and even preparing healthy snacks ahead of time. Think whole foods, such as chopped carrots and cubed cheese or apple slices and peanut butter, that are easy to grab on the go. Take out some time for you to do things that you like. The last take rests. You can also take the help of your therapist. It is always a better idea to see medical help. Call your doctor immediately if you feel disoriented or confused, have obsessive thoughts about your baby, feel paranoid, or experience hallucinations. These are signs of a more severe condition called postpartum psychosis.
