Hello, please tell me what are the side effects of sleeping. I don’t take sleeping pills regularly but once or twice a month when I have trouble sleeping. Does it cause some side effects even when you take them occasionally? Should I stop consuming sleeping pills? Is it bad for the body?

@finaaz Hello, sleeping pills are used to treat insomnia. It makes a person feel drowsy. There are various types of sleeping pills. Each works differently. Some sleep aids cause drowsiness, while others silence the area of the brain that keeps you alert. It can cause constipation, diarrhea, headache, it even weakens the muscle, digestive problems. You should stop taking sleeping pills. You can treat your insomnia by quitting smoking, cutting off caffeine, exercising, and by sticking to the same sleeping routine. Thanks.
