Exercises/yoga to reduce acne.
Hello, I am an 18 years old female. I recently came to know that there are various yoga and exercise that helps in reducing acne. Can anyone suggest some yoga/exercises treat acne? I have acne-prone skin. Please share some of the effective exercises in the comments. Thanks.
@mouan Hello, Face yoga can do wonders for your skin as well as your muscles. Detoxifying and reducing cortisol levels prevents pimples and acne and gives you that lovely attractive glow. Yoga poses like:
- Balloon pose- improves blood circulation and clears pimples and scars from the skin surface. It also slims down the cheekbones and tones your face.
- Puff your cheeks- It increases blood flow and reduces stress acne.
You can also try other yoga asanas like Pranayama, Matsyasana, Sarvangasana, Bhujangasana, Chakrasana, Padmasana, and Halasana. They will improve blood circulation and digestion. Make sure you stretch before performing these asanas.
