He is only 14 years old are there any ways to cure migraine headaches. If you have any ideas please share them with me. Thank You.

@yaja Hello, you can treat your child's headache at home with rest, decreased noise, plenty of fluids, balanced meals, and medicines. You can even try therapies to treat headaches. Rest or sleep is often the most effective way to relieve a headache or migraine. Cool compress: Apply to the forehead, eyes, or back of the neck. Heat: Apply a warm (not hot) compress on your child’s head or neck, or have them take a warm bath or shower. Relaxation: This can include deep-breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, mental imagery relaxation, or relaxation to music. Food or water: Give food if your child is hungry, and/or try water or juice if you think they need hydration.
You can prevent headaches through following ways:-- Learn the triggers and avoid them,
- Lower stress and anxiety
- Eat healthily
- Exercise and hydrate.
Thank You.
