How to grow hair after menopause naturally?
-
Hello, I am 49 years old female. A few years back my started hair started thinning and I tried various dermatologists but didn’t see any result. One doctor told me it was because of menopause. I didn’t get my period for the last 2 years. I am scared and I think soon I will get bald. Please tell me how can I grow hair naturally after menopause. Thank You.

@uana Hello, hair fall after menopause is common and many women suffer from the same. Menopause, and the years following it, can impact hair health in numerous ways.
- Talk to healthcare professionals sometimes other conditions like adrenal imbalances, hypothyroidism, or vitamin deficiencies are to blame.
- Maintain a healthy diet and eat quality protein, and foods rich in omega 3s, vitamins C, A, and E, iron, zinc, selenium, and biotin.
- Exercise- Increase the circulation to your scalp. Do yoga and aerobics the blood flowing to your scalp, and thus nourish your precious roots.
